Free Tier: Explain the 30-minute daily limit per account and state that unused daily minutes do not roll over to the next day.
Unlimited Pro Plan: Detail the monthly price (€10/month), billing cycle (recurring automatic payments via Stripe or PayPal), and instant access to unlimited session duration and saved history.
Price Changes: State that price updates will be notified 30 days in advance via email.

Specify that promotional codes (such as INKTOBER26) grant free temporary Pro access.
Clarify that promo code activations require no payment details and will automatically revert to the Free tier at the end of the promotional period without unexpected charges.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law): Mention that users have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, but accessing digital content immediately upon subscription initiation constitutes an explicit agreement to forfeit this right for the current billing period once used.
Cancellation: Users can cancel their Pro subscription at any time directly from their Account Settings. The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Clarify that users retain 100% intellectual property of all artwork created while using Fridaa.art.
